Liubov Matveeva has spent fifteen years in the Swiss financial industry, working in financial crime compliance in private banking across seven institutions, among them Julius Bär and LGT.
She has also hired for her own team. Having read candidate dossiers from the other side of the desk, she knows how quickly a strong application is set aside for reasons the candidate never learns, and how rarely those reasons concern competence.
Her own path began as a transition: she arrived in Switzerland from Russia at fifteen, completed her boarding school here, and studied Economics at the University of Fribourg, later adding the ICA International Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering. Adapting to an unfamiliar professional culture is not a theory to her.
She coaches in English, German and Russian.

How we work
Most of our clients are still employed while they work with us. No client names, no testimonials without written permission, nothing that travels.
We place nobody and take no fee from employers or recruitment agencies. You are the only person paying us, which is precisely the point.
Advice that would suit any candidate suits none. Everything we give you is built on your dossier, your target role, and your actual weak points.
If we do not think we can help you, we will say so in the first conversation rather than after you have paid for four.

All four together are CHF 1'050, rather than CHF 1'150 taken separately. Rescheduling is free with 24 hours' notice. Prices include VAT where applicable.
